We have worked with several custom home builders over the years and continue to forge new ones.
We work seamlessly with the builder and client to provide custom home designs and work during construction to cary out those plans.
Design/ Build
This is what we love to do. By working from start to finish we can really cary out the details. A custom home requires lots of attention and when there are changes, having the designer on board is key to making sure it is done right.
How we work
We start with hand sketches like the video of the custom home above. As the design develops we move into the computer for floor plans and 3D modeling to design the elevations. This way you can start to live in the house before it is build. Our goal is for you be able to really see what it is going to look like before it is built.
